We Value Your Opinions...

Very satisfied with the friendly professional care.

My wife’s reducing mobility, following an earlier accident, came to a complete stop early in 2021. She returned home from hospital on March 1st, otherwise healthy but needing comprehensive daytime personal care. Advised by Adult Social Care I contracted with this brand-new, local company, run and staffed by experience carers, to provide that care, reasoning that as a start-up they would be keen to show their paces. Indeed they have, totally professional, exuding competence and confidence, always on time, closely observing all applicable rules and protocols, maintaining comprehensive records and ensuring, through an unchanging team of four, vital continuity of care. Throughout they have focused both on her rehabilitation and on creating a calm, calming and truly caring atmosphere. A wise and good choice.

I’ve worked for Homes Care since February until now and have only left so I can help care for my new grandson. Emma is a great manager who regularly calls to catch up and check if I’m happy or need anything. She’s very efficient and brilliant and organising our training and rotas. We are paid above other company rates and I’ve been paid on time every time exactly what was promised, and for training and shadowing. I’ve been given free uniform and all my PPE from my first day. The company is well run and client folders are constantly updated by Emma with any extra information and we are informed of changes by phone too. We can contact Emma anytime with concerns or questions and are totally supported. We’re also given the same clients so we can build good relationships and give good continuity of care including working to assist the district nurses or physios involved with our clients extra needs, and keeping an eye on client’s elderly partners and their household. I would definitely work for this company again and am sad to be leaving. When I’m not caring for my grandson I’d be happy to be on call for Emma if she needed at anytime.

Lewes Bonfire Night November 5th 2021 - I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your team for your Herculean efforts over the Bonfire night to make sure your clients got their care - it really was appreciated – Best wishes

I am really impressed at how you have managed to maintain unbroken continuity of care from day one, despite many very short notice changes in staff availability and with all the dramatic stories of desperate shortages across the sector.

Always accommodate Mums wishes and really happy with the service that Mum receives. I think all your team are brilliant and thoughtful when making meals.

I have absolutely loved working for Homescare Ltd, thank you so much for all the support and on-going free training. It was the hardest decision ever to leave.

I enjoyed working with Homescare Ltd, Flexible working hours and relatively low work intensity allowed me to easily combine working with studying full-time easily which is something I could not do in other companies. Contact with Emma Field and my coworkers was also great with all of them being really responsive, adjusting and understandable. Free training is also another plus, particularly for someone who, like me at the beginning, is new to care. Overall, I recommend working for Homescare Ltd., especially from a perspective of a full-time student!

I have been so happy with the excellent care that my elderly Mum has received. Homescare are a small agency and therefore are able to provide a really personalised service. Mum got to know her small band of carers well and was so fond of all of them. They supported Mum in all areas of her care and were super imaginative with meals, often recommending new foods that Mum might like. Always arriving on time, I could always rely that Mum’s needs were met. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency to anyone looking for high quality, professional care which is tailored and flexible to meet the client’s needs. Thank you all so much

Many thanks to you and your team for being able to take over care duties for mum at short notice. It was lovely to know she was safe and cared for with you and the other ladies and you were all so friendly and kind. When you made the initial visit, you obviously had the experience to put us at ease and made us feel comfortable with the care package, noting all the fine details. Thank you again to you all.
