Our trained staff are proficient in care and also chosen for their personality match for our clients. We regularly train and update our staff so that they meet all required care standards and they have supervision once a month.

As a professional carer, visiting people in their own homes, your day could start as early as 6-7am and finish any time up until 10 or 11pm, with any combination of hours in between! We match the carers we have to the time periods that are available, to suit their availability. As a professional carer, early morning visits are usually taken up with helping to get clients out of bed, baths, creams, medication and ensuring they have breakfast, then usually housework, laundry or social calls take up a good part of the rest of the morning. Lunchtime visits and shopping trips often take place in the afternoons, followed by helping clients prepare an evening meal bed time routines, showers, and getting them off to bed safely. During the day, we can intersperse longer calls with shorter visits for example to check medication, administer eye drops, for clients with disabilities for example. Professional care staff undergo regular training sessions and study towards obtaining NVQs in care, to be the best they can be; a highly valued service for people who really need them. Our carers are especially picked for their kind and thoughtful natures, their DBS, background and right to work in the UK is checked and they are regularly updated with formal training in a host of care essential skills such as medication, health and safety, hygiene, use of hoist and other equipment in the home.
